Description
No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Bars are a creamy layered dessert featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, smooth cheesecake filling, and a fresh strawberry topping, all made without baking.
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz / 225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 tbsp strawberry jam
Instructions
- In a bowl mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined 8×8-inch pan to form the crust.
- Place the crust in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to firm up.
- In a large bowl beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until light and creamy.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- In a small bowl mix the chopped strawberries with strawberry jam.
- Spoon the strawberry mixture evenly over the cheesecake layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours until fully set.
- Slice into bars and serve chilled.
Notes
- Chill thoroughly before cutting for clean slices.
- You can substitute frozen strawberries if thawed and drained.
- For extra flavor, add lemon zest to the cheesecake filling.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
