Ingredients
- 4 low-carb tortillas
- 8 slices deli ham
- 8 slices salami
- 8 slices pepperoni
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Italian dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil (for toasting)
Instructions
- Lay out the low-carb tortillas on a flat surface.
- Layer ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese evenly on each tortilla.
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, and red onions on top.
- Drizzle with mayonnaise and Italian dressing, then sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Fold the tortillas tightly into wraps.
- Heat butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place wraps seam-side down and cook until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
