Low-Carb Italian Sub Wrap (Tortilla Melt Style) is a delicious and satisfying meal featuring classic Italian deli meats, melted cheese, and fresh veggies wrapped in a low-carb tortilla and toasted to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 low-carb tortillas
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 8 slices salami
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Italian dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil (for toasting)


Instructions

  1. Lay out the low-carb tortillas on a flat surface.
  2. Layer ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese evenly on each tortilla.
  3. Add lettuce, tomatoes, and red onions on top.
  4. Drizzle with mayonnaise and Italian dressing, then sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold the tortillas tightly into wraps.
  6. Heat butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Place wraps seam-side down and cook until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side.
