Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 diced tomato
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Season steak with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium and stir in butter and garlic.
- Cook for 1 minute while tossing steak in the garlic butter sauce.
- Lay tortillas flat and sprinkle cheese in the center.
- Add steak, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and crushed tortilla chips.
- Fold tortillas tightly into crunch wrap shapes.
- Place wraps seam-side down in a dry skillet over medium heat.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
