Description

Garlic Butter Steak Crunch Wraps are crispy toasted wraps filled with juicy garlic butter steak, melted cheese, crunchy tortilla chips, fresh vegetables, and creamy sauce for a bold and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Season steak with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and stir in butter and garlic.
  5. Cook for 1 minute while tossing steak in the garlic butter sauce.
  6. Lay tortillas flat and sprinkle cheese in the center.
  7. Add steak, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and crushed tortilla chips.
  8. Fold tortillas tightly into crunch wrap shapes.
  9. Place wraps seam-side down in a dry skillet over medium heat.
  10. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  11. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
