Ingredients
- 2 fish fillets (such as tilapia, cod, or seabass)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano or thyme
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Lemon slices, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the marinade over the fish fillets.
- Place fish on the grill and cook for 3–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
- Cook until fish flakes easily with a fork.
