Ingredients

  • 2 fish fillets (such as tilapia, cod, or seabass)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or thyme
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Lemon slices, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the marinade over the fish fillets.
  4. Place fish on the grill and cook for 3–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
  5. Cook until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from grill and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use firm fish to prevent breaking أثناء grilling.
