Low-carb keto pepperoni pizza bites made with a cheesy dough base and topped with savory pepperoni and marinara—perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup low-carb marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Stir in almond flour, egg, baking powder, and Italian seasoning to form a dough.
  4. Divide dough into small portions and shape into bite-sized balls or flatten slightly.
  5. Place on baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Remove from oven and top each bite with a small amount of marinara, shredded mozzarella, and pepperoni.
  7. Return to oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
