Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 1 cup turkey ham or beef ham, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a casserole dish.
  2. Spread cooked chicken evenly in the dish.
  3. Layer chopped turkey ham over the chicken.
  4. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
