Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (tilapia, cod, or haddock)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornmeal (optional for extra crunch)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat fish fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each fillet in the mixture, coating evenly.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add fish and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
- Serve immediately.
