Ingredients
- 500 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Add remaining butter and lemon juice, stirring to coat shrimp.
- Cook for another minute until everything is well combined.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
