Description

Garlic Butter Shrimp is a quick and flavorful 10-minute dish featuring juicy shrimp sautéed in rich garlic butter with a hint of lemon, perfect for a fast and delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 500 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  5. Add remaining butter and lemon juice, stirring to coat shrimp.
  6. Cook for another minute until everything is well combined.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
