Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Season salmon pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add salmon bites and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic to the pan.
  5. Spoon garlic butter over the salmon for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Drizzle lemon juice and add lemon zest if using.
