Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Season salmon pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add salmon bites and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic to the pan.
- Spoon garlic butter over the salmon for 1–2 minutes.
- Drizzle lemon juice and add lemon zest if using.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
