Ingredients
- 500g fresh anchovies, cleaned and gutted
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse anchovies thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Place anchovies in the skillet in a single layer.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes if using.
