A fast and flavorful chicken rice bowl made with tender chicken, fluffy rice, and simple seasonings—perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender.
- Add soy sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Drizzle sesame oil if using and stir to combine.
- Place cooked rice in bowls and top with the chicken mixture.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute brown rice for extra fiber.
- Add chili flakes or hot sauce for spice.
