Description

A fast and flavorful chicken rice bowl made with tender chicken, fluffy rice, and simple seasonings—perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender.
  6. Add soy sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  7. Drizzle sesame oil if using and stir to combine.
  8. Place cooked rice in bowls and top with the chicken mixture.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

  • You can substitute brown rice for extra fiber.
