Ingredients

  • 400g ground chicken or turkey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground chicken or turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add shredded cabbage and stir well.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha if using.
  6. Cook for 5-7 minutes until cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
  7. Season with black pepper and mix well.
  8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
