Ingredients
- 400g ground chicken or turkey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 4 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground chicken or turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shredded cabbage and stir well.
- Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha if using.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
- Season with black pepper and mix well.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
