Ingredients

  • 300g ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
  5. Stir in diced potatoes and carrots, cooking for 5–7 minutes until slightly tender.
  6. Add bell peppers and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
  7. Pour in tomato sauce and mix well.
  8. Season with paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  9. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until vegetables are fully cooked.
  10. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

  • You can replace potatoes with pasta or rice.
