Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or almond flour for low-carb option
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Pat cauliflower florets dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil.
- In another bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs or almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat cauliflower florets evenly in the parmesan mixture.
