Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or almond flour for low-carb option
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Pat cauliflower florets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil.
