Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free salsa
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Season with paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook for another 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
  5. Lay tortillas flat and place beef in the center.
  6. Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado, sour cream, and salsa.
  7. Fold the tortilla edges toward the center to create a wrap.
  8. Place seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat.
  9. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  10. Slice and serve warm.
