Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 low-carb tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar-free salsa
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Season with paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
- Lay tortillas flat and place beef in the center.
- Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado, sour cream, and salsa.
- Fold the tortilla edges toward the center to create a wrap.
- Place seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Slice and serve warm.
