Ingredients
- 500g salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Season salmon cubes with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat salmon lightly with cornstarch.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or air fryer.
- Cook salmon bites for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to make the bang bang sauce.
- Toss crispy salmon bites in half of the sauce.
- Divide cooked rice into serving bowls.
- Add cucumber, avocado, shredded carrots, and salmon bites.
- Drizzle remaining bang bang sauce over the bowls.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
