Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Add the chicken tenders and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Place the tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
  6. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a couple of minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
