Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Add the chicken tenders and toss until evenly coated.
- Place the tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a couple of minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
