Description

Juicy steak bites cooked to perfection and coated in a rich, creamy Tuscan parmesan sauce with garlic, herbs, and sun-dried tomatoes—an indulgent and flavorful dish.

Ingredients

  • 500g beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
  3. Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  7. Bring to a gentle simmer and add parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
  8. Add Italian seasoning and mix well.
  9. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  10. Return steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
  11. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.
  12. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use high heat to get a good sear on the steak.
  • Do not overcook steak to keep it tender.
  • Substitute spinach with kale if desired.
  • Serve with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
