Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in ranch seasoning mix and chicken broth.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return pork chops to the skillet and spoon sauce over them.
- Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes until pork chops are fully cooked.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
