Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Season the chicken pieces with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy garlic butter sauce.
- Cook for another 1–2 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
