Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken pieces with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir well. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy garlic butter sauce.
  7. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until everything is heated through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
