Ingredients

- 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 2 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or Gruyère cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
