Ingredients
- 250g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 300g steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak slices with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Sear steak for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add beef broth and heavy cream, stirring well.
- Bring to a gentle simmer and stir in parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Return steak to the skillet and mix gently.
- Simmer for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan before serving.

- Do not overcook the steak to keep it tender.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning for preferred spice level.
