Description

Chili Lime Shrimp is a zesty, quick-cooking dish featuring juicy shrimp tossed in a bold blend of chili, garlic, and fresh lime for a bright and flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 500 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  5. Drizzle lime juice and add lime zest, stirring to coat evenly.
  6. Add honey if using and mix well.
  7. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
