Ingredients
- 500 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Drizzle lime juice and add lime zest, stirring to coat evenly.
- Add honey if using and mix well.
- Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
