Ingredients
- 500g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 8 small tortillas
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (for slaw)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
- In another bowl, mix shredded cabbage with mayonnaise or Greek yogurt and lime juice.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Fill tortillas with cabbage slaw and chili lime shrimp.
- Top with avocado slices and chopped cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
- Do not overcook shrimp to keep them juicy.
