Ingredients

  • 500g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (for slaw)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Lime wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
  4. In another bowl, mix shredded cabbage with mayonnaise or Greek yogurt and lime juice.
  5. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  6. Fill tortillas with cabbage slaw and chili lime shrimp.
  7. Top with avocado slices and chopped cilantro.
  8. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
