  • 2 beef steaks (sirloin or ribeye), sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced (optional)

  2. Season sliced steak with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak strips for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté garlic and bell peppers until fragrant and slightly softened.

  6. Bring to a gentle simmer, then add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  7. Return steak to the pan and mix well.
  8. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat in the sauce.
  9. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  10. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
