Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini) or sliced mozzarella
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries.
- Drain the mozzarella balls or slice fresh mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.
