Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini) or sliced mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper


Instructions

  1. Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries.
  2. Drain the mozzarella balls or slice fresh mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.
