Ingredients
- 4 white fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia, or haddock)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat fish fillets dry and place them in the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the fish.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
- Serve hot with vegetables or rice.
