Ingredients

  • 4 white fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia, or haddock)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat fish fillets dry and place them in the baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly over the fish.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
