Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 8 flour tortillas (medium size)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, season the shredded chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Spoon the chicken evenly onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Reduce heat and stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan until melted and creamy.
- Pour the cheese sauce evenly over the wrapped tortillas.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until the sauce is bubbly and lightly golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
