Description

Cheddar-Stuffed BBQ Bacon Bombs are savory, flavor-packed bites made with seasoned ground beef wrapped around gooey cheddar cheese, brushed with BBQ sauce, and wrapped in crispy bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and flatten each into a patty.
  4. Place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center of each patty and wrap the beef around it, sealing well.
  5. Wrap each beef ball with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  6. Place bacon bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush generously with BBQ sauce.
  8. Bake for 30–35 minutes until bacon is crispy and beef is cooked through.
  9. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  10. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
