Description
Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake is an easy layered dessert made with strawberry pie filling, creamy cheesecake flavors, and buttery cake mix baked until golden and bubbly.
Ingredients
- 2 cans (21 oz each) strawberry pie filling
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 box vanilla or yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry filling.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top.
- Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes until the top is golden and the edges are bubbly.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
- Do not mix the layers for best texture.
- Other fruit fillings can be used as substitutes.
