Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili paste or chili sauce
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and keep warm.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
  6. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots; stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  7. Drizzle sesame oil and mix well.

Notes

  • Adjust chili sauce to control spice level.
  • You can substitute ground chicken or turkey for a lighter version.
