Ingredients

  • 1 quart chocolate ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup edible chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 3/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar


Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch pan with plastic wrap, leaving overhang for rolling.
  2. Spread softened chocolate ice cream evenly into the pan and freeze for 1 hour until firm.
  3. Sprinkle cookie dough pieces, marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers evenly over ice cream.
  4. Drizzle marshmallow fluff across the surface.
  5. Using plastic wrap, carefully roll the ice cream tightly into a log shape.
  6. Wrap securely and freeze for at least 3 hours until solid.
