Ingredients
- 1 prepared pizza dough (12-inch)
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 whole head garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (plus extra for roasting)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30–35 minutes until soft. Let cool and squeeze out roasted garlic cloves.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk, stirring until thickened. Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and mashed roasted garlic. Remove from heat.
- Increase oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Spread white garlic sauce evenly over the dough.
- Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.

- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
