Description
A no-bake layered dessert combining creamy cheesecake filling, sweet peaches, cinnamon-spiced crumble, and whipped topping for a rich peach cobbler–inspired lasagna.
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups canned peaches, drained and diced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping (or whipped cream)
- 1 cup vanilla pudding (prepared)
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
- In a bowl, combine peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon; set aside.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in vanilla pudding and half of the whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
- Spoon the peach mixture over the cream layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Chill overnight for best texture.
- Fresh peaches can be used when in season.
- Add crushed cookies or streusel for extra crunch.
