Description

A no-bake layered dessert combining creamy cheesecake filling, sweet peaches, cinnamon-spiced crumble, and whipped topping for a rich peach cobbler–inspired lasagna.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups canned peaches, drained and diced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping (or whipped cream)
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding (prepared)


Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
  2. In a bowl, combine peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in vanilla pudding and half of the whipped topping.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
  6. Spoon the peach mixture over the cream layer.
  7. Top with remaining whipped topping.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Chill overnight for best texture.
