Description

Oreo Pie is a rich and creamy no-bake dessert made with a crunchy Oreo cookie crust and a smooth, fluffy cookies-and-cream filling, perfect for easy entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)

  • Additional whipped topping and crushed Oreos, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until evenly combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Chill the crust in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  6. Fold in whipped topping gently until light and fluffy.
  7. Stir in chopped Oreo cookies.
  8. Spread the filling evenly into the chilled crust.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Garnish with whipped topping and crushed Oreos before serving, if desired.
