Ingredients
- 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)
- 10 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped (for filling)
- Additional whipped topping and crushed Oreos, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until evenly combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
- Chill the crust in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Fold in whipped topping gently until light and fluffy.
- Stir in chopped Oreo cookies.
- Spread the filling evenly into the chilled crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with whipped topping and crushed Oreos before serving, if desired.

- For a firmer crust, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes, then cool completely.
