Description

One pot creamy garlic pasta is a quick and comforting meal where pasta cooks directly in a rich garlic-infused cream sauce, resulting in a smooth, flavorful dish with minimal cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 750 ml vegetable broth
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30–40 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add uncooked pasta, vegetable broth, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese and cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
