Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix (about 1 oz)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 68 pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
  3. Add the butter on top of the chicken.
  4. Place the pepperoncini peppers over the chicken and pour in the pepperoncini juice.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is very tender.
  6. Shred the chicken with two forks and stir it into the sauce before serving.
