Description

Mini Pizzetta are bite-sized personal pizzas made with soft dough, tangy tomato sauce, melted mozzarella, and your favorite toppings, baked until golden and bubbly.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives or bell peppers (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Divide pizza dough into 8–10 equal portions and roll each into a small circle (about 3–4 inches wide).
  3. Place dough rounds on the prepared baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  4. Spread a small spoonful of pizza sauce onto each round, leaving a small border.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over each pizzetta.
  6. Add desired toppings such as mini pepperoni or vegetables.
  7. Sprinkle oregano, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt over the top.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
