Description

Low-Carb Italian Sub Wrap (Tortilla Melt Style) is a warm, cheesy wrap packed with deli meats, provolone, crisp vegetables, and zesty Italian flavors, toasted until golden for a satisfying low-carb meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 low-carb tortillas
  • 6 slices deli turkey
  • 6 slices deli ham
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons sliced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons banana peppers
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for toasting)


Instructions

  1. Lay tortillas flat and spread mayonnaise evenly over each.
  2. Layer turkey, ham, pepperoni, and provolone cheese on one half of each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  4. Fold tortillas in half to form a semicircle.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Place wraps in the skillet and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from heat and carefully open to add lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and banana peppers.
  8. Fold back together, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Add a drizzle of red wine vinegar for extra tang.
  • Use mozzarella instead of provolone if preferred.
