Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz) package lobster ravioli (fresh or frozen)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook lobster ravioli according to package instructions until tender. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, then drain.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in white wine (if using) and simmer for 2–3 minutes to reduce slightly.
- Stir in heavy cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add cooked ravioli to the skillet and gently toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
- Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese and toss gently.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcook ravioli to prevent filling from breaking.
- Fresh basil can be substituted for parsley.
- Add sautéed shrimp or scallops for extra seafood flavor.
- Best enjoyed immediately; store leftovers refrigerated for up to 2 days.
