Description

Lobster Ravioli with a Zesty Lemon Butter Sauce is an elegant seafood pasta dish featuring tender lobster-filled ravioli tossed in a bright, silky lemon garlic butter sauce. Finished with fresh herbs and Parmesan, it’s perfect for special occasions or a luxurious dinner at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz) package lobster ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook lobster ravioli according to package instructions until tender. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in white wine (if using) and simmer for 2–3 minutes to reduce slightly.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add cooked ravioli to the skillet and gently toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese and toss gently.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Do not overcook ravioli to prevent filling from breaking.
  • Fresh basil can be substituted for parsley.
  • Add sautéed shrimp or scallops for extra seafood flavor.
  • Best enjoyed immediately; store leftovers refrigerated for up to 2 days.
