Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a bundt or loaf pan.
- Cream butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in key lime juice, zest, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the batter, alternating with sour cream, mixing until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 65–75 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool cake in the pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack.
- Whisk powdered sugar with key lime juice to make the glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over the cooled cake before serving.
