Description
A light and fluffy Jello whipped cream dessert made with flavored gelatin and whipped topping, perfect as an easy no-bake treat.
Ingredients
- 1 package (3 oz) flavored gelatin (any flavor)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- Fresh fruit or mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Add cold water and stir well.
- Refrigerate for 30–40 minutes until gelatin is thick but not fully set.
- Whisk gelatin until smooth and slightly fluffy.
- Fold in whipped topping gently until fully combined.
- Stir in fruit or marshmallows if using.
- Spoon into serving dishes.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Do not let gelatin fully set before mixing.
- Use sugar-free gelatin for a lower-calorie option.
