Description

A rich and creamy no-bake Hot Chocolate Lasagna layered with chocolate cookie crust, smooth cream cheese filling, chocolate pudding, and fluffy whipped topping for the ultimate dessert treat.


Ingredients

  • For the Crust:
  • 24 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • For the Cream Cheese Layer:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • For the Chocolate Pudding Layer:
  • 2 (3.9-ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • For the Topping:
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for dusting (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  5. Spread pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Top with remaining whipped topping, smoothing the surface.
  7. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate shavings over the top. Dust lightly with cocoa powder if desired.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set before slicing and serving.
