Ingredients
- 360 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp heavy cream or milk
- 1 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 300 g dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable shortening
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, butter, cream, peppermint extract, and vanilla until a thick dough forms.
- Knead the mixture briefly until smooth.
- Roll the dough between parchment paper to about 1/4-inch thickness.
- Cut into small rounds using a cookie cutter.
- Place patties on a baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each frozen patty into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Place on parchment paper and let set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

- Adjust peppermint extract to taste.
