Description

Grilled s’mores quesadillas combine gooey melted chocolate and marshmallows with crisp tortillas, delivering all the classic campfire flavors in a quick, fun dessert.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bars
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • Optional: graham cracker crumbs for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each tortilla.
  3. Place two tortillas butter-side down on a flat surface.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate evenly over the tortillas.
  5. Add marshmallows on top of the chocolate.
  6. Top with remaining tortillas, butter-side up.
  7. Place quesadillas on the grill pan and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and melty.
  8. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  9. Slice into wedges and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs if desired.
  10. Serve warm.

  • Cook on medium heat to avoid burning.
  • Use a lid to help marshmallows melt faster.
