Description
Grilled s’mores quesadillas combine gooey melted chocolate and marshmallows with crisp tortillas, delivering all the classic campfire flavors in a quick, fun dessert.
Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bars
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- Optional: graham cracker crumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each tortilla.
- Place two tortillas butter-side down on a flat surface.
- Sprinkle chocolate evenly over the tortillas.
- Add marshmallows on top of the chocolate.
- Top with remaining tortillas, butter-side up.
- Place quesadillas on the grill pan and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and melty.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Slice into wedges and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs if desired.
- Serve warm.

- Cook on medium heat to avoid burning.
