Description

Grilled Chicken & Broccoli Bowls with Creamy Garlic Sauce are a wholesome, protein-packed meal featuring juicy grilled chicken, tender broccoli, and a rich, savory garlic sauce served in a simple bowl format.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water (to thin sauce)


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest, then slice.
  4. Meanwhile, steam or blanch broccoli until tender-crisp, about 4–5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and water until smooth.
  6. Assemble bowls by placing broccoli on the bottom and topping with sliced chicken.
  7. Drizzle generously with creamy garlic sauce.
  8. Serve warm.
