Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons water (to thin sauce)
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest, then slice.
- Meanwhile, steam or blanch broccoli until tender-crisp, about 4–5 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and water until smooth.
- Assemble bowls by placing broccoli on the bottom and topping with sliced chicken.
- Drizzle generously with creamy garlic sauce.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Chicken can also be pan-seared if a grill is unavailable.
