Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place shrimp in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
  7. Bake uncovered for 12–15 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  8. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
  9. Serve immediately with lemon wedges if desired.
