Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Lemon wedges for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place shrimp in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
- Bake uncovered for 12–15 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges if desired.
