Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 4–5 minutes until they release moisture and begin to brown.
- Add cauliflower florets, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- Cover and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is tender.
- Remove lid and cook an additional 2–3 minutes for light browning.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice before serving.
- You can roast the vegetables instead of sautéing for a crispier texture.
