Ingredients

  • 2 lbs whole crab or crab legs, cleaned
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Clean and prepare the crab if using whole crab.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet or pot over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Add crab to the pan and toss to coat with butter.
  5. Season with paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
  6. Cover and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crab is heated through and flavorful.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve hot with extra butter or lemon wedges.
