Ingredients
- 2 lbs whole crab or crab legs, cleaned
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Clean and prepare the crab if using whole crab.
- Melt butter in a large skillet or pot over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add crab to the pan and toss to coat with butter.
- Season with paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
- Cover and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crab is heated through and flavorful.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot with extra butter or lemon wedges.
