Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 500 g boneless chicken breast, sliced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked; remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until sauce is smooth.
  7. Add cooked chicken back to the skillet.
  8. Add spaghetti and toss well to coat with the Alfredo sauce.

Notes

  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
