Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- 500 g boneless chicken breast, sliced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until sauce is smooth.
- Add cooked chicken back to the skillet.
- Add spaghetti and toss well to coat with the Alfredo sauce.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- A splash of pasta water can help thin the sauce if needed.
